Schrödinger’s cat
pours in at night
through the old cat flap
where it sleeps and eats.
Upstairs in bed
and sleeping tight,
I don’t know whether
it’s living or dead.
But every morning
no surprise
a dish is empty
when I rise
cushion dented
where it lies.

Schrödinger macskája
beszivárog éjjel
a régi macskaajtón át
oda ahol alszik és eszik.
Fent az ágyban
berúgva alszom,
